The Ballarat Business Centre, formerly known as the Ballarat Regional Incubator Ltd, was established in October 2001, to create a Business incubator in Dawson Street South, Ballarat, to provide a shared office space for new small businesses to launch with the assistance of Business mentoring and guidance. Since then, Ballarat Business Centre has supported small start-up and emerging businesses in the Ballarat Region.
In 2018, The Ballarat Business Centre opened a new site at 706 Sturt Street. This building provides a range of shared office spaces and meeting rooms across two levels, with lift access. A few years later we opened two further sites at; 6-8 Lowe Street and 56 Lydiard Street. With the introduction of the new sites together with our Sturt Street and Holmes Street sites, we are able to offer a variety of Business accommodation and support services for people looking to start a small business.
