Tim is the Director of The Forge Pizzeria. Tim has a background in advertising and marketing strategy in the UK, Europe and Australia working for large advertising companies such as Ogilvy, Havas and Grey Worldwide. Upon returning to Ballarat, Tim established a Marketing & Presentation consultancy business, KarmaPM. In July 2010, Tim and his brother Chris set up The Forge Pizzeria and quickly established a successful and well regarded business. With the second 200 seat restaurant opening in Oct 2012, The Forge Pizzeria now has over 70 staff, two restaurants and a mobile catering unit. Tim will share some of the underlying principles of the success business secrets that have helped to shape The Forge Pizzeria into what it is today.
