ü          sourcing suitable applicants

ü          shortlisting and reference checking

ü          completion of all documentation and handling all paperwork

ü          arranging relevant training through a Registered Training Organisation

ü          monitoring of the progress of the trainee/apprentice

ü          payment of wages, superannuation and insurances and

ü          sourcing new Host Employers should work dry up

all employee subsidies are passed on to the host employer
